Challenge rules and regulations

Lure Challenge Rules and Regulations. Read carefully.
To confirm before starting the ascent.

- The principle of the Challenge is based on trust for the recording of course times. No prizes are awarded. Therefore we count on your honesty.

- The roads you will be riding are roads open to traffic. You must obey the current Highway code. The communauté de communes Pays de Forcalquier - Montagne de Lure may in no way be held responsible for accidents occurring on the timed course.

- For your safety, we strongly recommend you wear a helmet.

- The ride down Lure is not timed. Please be careful.

Don't forget to drink and eat all the way along the climb.

Individual accidents: it is in the interest of the challenge entrant to take out a policy which covers personal injury with his/her insurance.

Material damage: The communauté de communes does not cover damages to entrants' equipment and material, particularly in the case of a fall or theft. The entrants must be insured for this type of risk.

We would like ot remind you that it is a good idea to have on you or in your personal phone the number(s) to be contacted in an emergency (ICE). For example: ICE 1: XX.XX.XX.XX.XX.

The webmaster reserves the right to exclude from the Challenge entrants whose performances are suspicious, as well as those whose information sheets have been incorrectly filled in.
